At Viski, we want you to be completely satisfied with your barware and glassware purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print the Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the fragile glassware is padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
