We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your glassware arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Are Viski products dishwasher safe?
While some of our stainless steel bar tools are dishwasher safe, we strongly recommend hand-washing our crystal glassware and plated metal items to preserve their clarity and finish.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
